As a man who had little to no formal education, I have always and especially appreciated the people in my life who I have learned from. They were often people with two gifts: 1) compassionate imagination — the spirit that invited and encouraged appreciative inquiry and 2) the strong desire to contribute to the evolution of mankind by freely giving of themselves to those who were open to listening and exploring.
