As I sit in a chair in my living room at 5:47 AM I am reading this gracious and inspiring visit with the heart of another human being. I am humbled by this expression and equally grateful that one of my most meaningful desires has been fulfilled here. That desire was to be heard. You affirmed an intentional, genuine, and well-deserved act of kindness. The vulnerable nature of your story reminded me of past thoughts and lessons learned.
Gratitude visits like this one are healing and a primary contributor to well-being because they build relationship, confirm self-esteem, excite positive emotions, and provide a sense of meaning, all of which are elements of well-being theory and lead me to a very happy place.

Thank you Kerstin for your very kind words. I am filled with gratitude and my cup runneth over!
