Hard...but very worth it!

… incorporating these techniques, I began releasing pent-up emotions trapped inside since childhood. It wasn’t easy ripping the emotional bandaid off and exposing those ugly old wounds again. But afterward, the hurt began to heal as I realized I’d been seeking answers outside myself instead of looking within for them.

Hard...but very worth it! At the age of 68 I decided to do what I've always really wanted to do - become a lifelong learner. That started 7 years ago with looking inside for what would help heal me inside and out.
The wounds never really go away, but they will never stop healing as long as I practice.
