I don't know how you do it Doc, but I admire your commitment to health as well as your writing style. At the age fo 70 with an A1bc in the prediabetic range and fluctuating between Diabetic and prediabetic numbers I have found it difficfult to get over the hump...to take the dramatic steps you often refer to here.

After a lifetime of good health while abusing my body it is my desire to make one last effort for Physical, financial, and emotional freedom.

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be alive in one of the most dynamic times in human history...and...I have such a long, long way to go.
