It’s hard to admit when we make a mistake, at least it has been for me in the past. What I realized is that is a human trait, not just mine. I remember that I wasn’t vulnerable enough to show my truth. I was too interested in not hurting someone, being liked or getting ahead. None of which served me. They were all outward manifestations of my insecurities.

Like your pizza and ice cream episode, it took some pretty sad moments in relationships and business to look myself in the mirror. When I did, and was able to be vulnerable enough to speak my truth life became more rewarding, for me, and for everyone around me!
