Thank you Bridget My partner and I practice this almost daily. Before we go to bed each night we ask each other several things: 1) what's good thing happened to us today?
2) What would have been better if?
3) What good deed did I achieve?
4) What am I grateful for?
5) What is it that I see in my partner that I really appreciate.

This method was given to us by another couple. They are very successful people and friends in whom we place great value in our friendship.
So what I'm saying is... wonderful article and I know it works.
