Thank you Rob! My question recently has been…How much is enough? It took me an awfully long time to realize that I was using the wrong measuring stick too. I would hear myself speak and I began examining the standards I used to measure my success. Since then, I have adopted many different ways of looking at my personal worth and value. One of the best ways came from a 1955 speech by Earl Nightengale entitled “The Greatest Secret.” In it, he defined success as “progressively realizing a worthy ideal.”

That stuck with me because I got to choose everything I associated with worth and value. I began to build my own benchmarks for achievement. I also began to learn who I wasn’t and consequently…who I really was!

Congratulations on this work!
